Sharing the love.

Let me begin with 2 confessions.

1. I love you. Seriously. I feel like we are dear friends. I wish I could give each of you a hug.

2. I am shamelessly stealing this idea from a real-life friend, Jared, the genius behind Badly Drawn Bible.

Okay. Now to the good stuff.

I know that many of you who read my blog write a blog of your own.  I know that sometimes, sharing your blog is hard.  One thing I have really felt convicted about is wanting to get to know and love my online friends more.

So, I want to get to know you better!

Do you have a blog? If so, share something about yourself and where we can find your blog! Just leave a short comment with your blog address in there somewhere and I will come check you out and say hi! (I’ll also probably add you to my Google Reader if I don’t have you in there already!)

You never know, you might find a blog or two that you like. Then I would be a little bloggy matchmaker.
That makes me feel all warm and fuzzy inside. 🙂

And GO!

Oh, and in case you’re still wondering if you should, I will give you a little motivation.  Look below.

You’re welcome. 🙂

I’m glad you stole my idea! Mine is http://www.BadlyDrawnBible.com – I draw pictures of scriptures, and sometimes write about life, faith, my family, etc.

I’m glad I stole it too! 😉 You truly have a gift at this – you’re a really talented writer. Not many people translate both deep humor and kindness at the same time and you do it well!

Apparently I haven’t update since July 2011 … oops. Anyway, this is pretty much my “Art Blog” … since there hasn’t been much art/jewelry lately there haven’t been any posts. I guess I could blog about my photography too… eh maybe 🙂

UMM… You, Missy, need to get to bloggin. 😉 Haha! Well, I am excited to wait and read your posts. I’ve been hearing all about your awesome artwork – and since you love owls (as I do- although I’m just a bird junkie in general) you are automatically a favorite of mine. 🙂

  3. Abby

abbylikessunshine.blogspot.com – There is really no theme to what I write because I’m random like that. 🙂 Just lots of rambling from this Independent girl…home/DIY projects, Jesus, etc…Love your blog April!

Aww, thanks girl! I love reading your blog too! The names you’ve chosen for it are just perfect – and you really are like a ray of sunshine. Your blog just makes me want to hang out with you all day long!

Hi April! I am one of “the genius behind BDB” Jared’s sheep. He is my pastor, and I have to say, he is loved dearly! He, and his precious family, have been such a blessing to me and mine! He is truly a man of God and loves to share the love of God!
My name is Judy and I have a little blog that I use to share my thoughts on various things, right now being my journey on “The Daniel Fast”. 21 days of eating things that are all natural and would have been the type of things available to Daniel during his time of fasting. Whole grains, fruits, veggies, meatless, no dairy products. Basically, if it comes from an animal, it is off limits. If it is artificial in any way, it is off limits! But, I am happy to say that after 11 days, I have grown closer to the Lord, spent more time studying and reading His word, and I have lost between 7-8 pounds!!
I also love crafts, especially scrapbooking! I look forward to finding out some of your frugal tips!
It is a pleasure to meet you, at least in cyberland, and who knows, one day we may find ourselves in the same place at the same time! Well, I know we will eventually! So, if I don’t meet you before, I look forward to meeting you in Heaven!!
Have a wonderful day! And your little angel is adorable!!!

Judy! Welcome! I am really looking forward to reading more about The Daniel Fast! I knew a lady who had a similar, whole-living lifestyle and I was really inspired by her! Thanks for all your kind words and I am looking forward to becoming better friends with you!

http://smellslikeinsanity.wordpress.com A little bit of everything! Parenting (I’m mama to 3 kids; 7, 2, 9 months), faith, how-to’s, housekeeping, tot schooling, random things that go on in my head.

Thanks! I want to say that I have been so inspired by you! Also, I am about to be attaching myself to your blog more often – I want to start “tot-schooling” Belle after she turns 2!

http://eternallysignificant.blogspot.com I mostly write devotional style blogs- ya know, things that God has been recently teaching me. But I also write about other random things as well: mainly my family, my new obsession- running, and adoption. It’s a fairly new blog, so I don’t have a huge audience. I’d love for you to visit and I can’t wait to check out your blogs as well!

    Great idea Jared and April!

Thanks! I’m glad I finally got you in my Reader! Sometimes I have too many twitter feeds that I miss yours!

  7. Daniel

I actually have two public and two private ones
    Public:
    http://daniel-brockhan.blogspot.com/
    http://daniel-brockhan-poetry.blogspot.com/

    Private:
    http://boldnessandcompassion.blogspot.com/
    http://daniel-single-me.blogspot.com/

The last one is probably really rare I would share on fb or anywhere, more for me personally in the struggles I go through. Part of my questioned separating all my writing like this, but I think it makes sense, because these are all different parts of me, different thing I deal with.

Thanks, Daniel! I have added them to my reader. Sometimes I miss some of your posts because I don’t have them in one place! I look forward to reading them more!

I’ve been on a short little bloggy hiatus, but I’m coming back next week! I couldn’t ever decide on my niche, so I just don’t have one. 🙂 I guess I’m just a typical “mommy blogger,” writing about my life as a SAHM and all that entails (crafty things, kid stuff, recipes, organizing, and general rants/ramblings). I love finding new blogs to read and always welcome new readers. 🙂

Just responding to let you know that I read this– and you are one of my FAVORITE blogs! 🙂

  9. Jamie Banister

I’ve got two! But I’m not blogging on either of them at the moment. I’ve got a computer problem, but I’ll be resuming as soon as I can fix it!

http://textbookleftovers.wordpress.com – Literary Blog! Come if you love books and literature!

http://leftoverhuman.wordpress.com – Personal Blog! Crafts, Recipes, All kinds of stuff. I also do a rather well-liked web roundup. 😀

I love your blogs! Although, textbook leftovers makes my brain hurt sometimes. 😉
